Soft and sweet, yet deliciously versatile, Big Cork Vineyards' Vidal Blanc wine is a fruity, semi-dry, highly aromatic wine suggestive of peach and nectarine. Crisp to the palate with a slight impression of citrus, Vidal Blanc is a winter-hardy wine varietal that produces high sugar levels and moderate to high acidity in cold climates.

This semi-dry white wine made from the Traminette grape is a Big Cork Vineyards favorite. A hybrid of the famous German Gewurztraminer grape and a French-American wine varietal called Johannes Seyve 23-416, Traminette wine produces bright aromatics and fruity flavors suggestive of pineapple and melon with spicy undernotes.
With notes of crisp Anjou apples, vanilla and a hint of melon, our Chardonnay white wine blends citrus flavors with a buttery tone. Chardonnay is one of the top selling white wine varietals in the U.S. Made from green-skinned grapes, this celebrated white wine is a relatively low-maintenance vine that adapts well in different climates.
Nebbiolo wine is a red wine, highly tannic with scents of tar and roses. As the wine ages, it takes on a brick-orange hue at the rim of the glass and matures to expose other flavors like violet, truffles, cherries and prunes. This wine is of the Italian variety, mostly associated with the Piedmont Region.
Coming soon, Big Cork Vineyards' Muscat Orange white wine is a delicious dessert wine. As the name suggests, Muscat Orange has an empowering aroma of oranges. With additional aromatics reminiscent of apricot and vanilla, Muscat Orange packs considerable sweetness in each bottle and pairs well with fruits like peaches, pears or apricots.
Made from the oldest cultivated grape in France, Muscat Canelli white wine is sweetly delicious and perfectly complements any meal or dessert. The grapes for our Muscat Canelli flourish in our Washington County vineyards. Each sweet glass of Muscat Canelli wine radiates concentrated aromas of fruit and flesh flowers.
Coming soon to Big Cork Vineyards, our Malbec red wine delivers intense flavors with hints of plum, pepper and blackberry. Big Cork Vineyards uses Malbec grapes to deliver robust tannins and a full-bodied richness in our Malbec red wine you won't find anywhere else. Malbec has its origins in the French Bordeaux region.
A true classic at Big Cork Vineyards, Merlot red wine is a soft, medium-bodied red wine with juicy, fruity flavors. Merlot is one of the primary grapes used in Bordeaux wine and one of the most widely planted grapes in the Bordeaux wine region.
Petit Verdot will be bottled and available for purchase soon at Big Cork Vineyards. The aromas in this classic Bordeaux wine blend have been comparable to banana. Strong flavors of violet and leather develop as Petit Verdot wine matures. Petit Verdot is similar to the color, flavor and fragrance of Syrah.
