Welcome to my content portfolio showcasing the work I've done for various organizations. I started my career in television news, reporting and writing for local stations across the country. After seven years, I moved into a producer role and then on to the Web. I produced online news for NBC4 Washington and MSNBC. I later joined Discovery Communications where I wrote long-form feature articles for online consumption. I wrote customer support content for Cox which led me to my passion for assisting online customers after the sale and currently create processes for a bank.
I enjoy a variety of writing, including advertising and promotional copy.
