Outside of work, I’m a huge traveler and have visited over 32 countries, which keeps me inspired both personally and professionally. I love surfing, yachting, and anything that gets me outdoors. I’ve been happily married for 20 years and have three awesome kids. Balancing work and family is super important to me, and I always aim for a good mix of both!
